Astral Mirror Exercise

The mirror exercise is one of many methods that can get you started on the path to astral projection.

First, sit or stand in front of a mirror. Be comfortable.

Stare at your reflection for about five to fifteen minutes. Stare into your eyes.

Now, while continuing to stare into your eyes, shift your consciousness into the 'you' in the mirror. To do this, imagine that you are staring out at yourself from inside the mirror.

Hold this shifted consciousness for five to fifteen minutes and then bring your consciousness back into your real body.

This exercise teaches the practioner how to shift consciousness which is needed when the practitioner shifts her/his consciousness into the astral body.
