Pre-Astral Projection Rituals

Before beginning each astral session, it is important to follow a ritual. The ritual can be elaborate with chants, candle lighting, and invocations, or the ritual can be as simple as placing The Moon card from your tarot deck on a table beside you or turning a picture on the wall upsidedown. The important thing is to do the ritual ONLY before beginning an astral session.

Over time, this ritual will place the practitioner in the correct mindframe and expectation before going astral. It will also make going into astral easier.
